Impeccable Technical Support. They have 2 calling centers, one in Utah, not in some far away remote country that hardly speak any english. You do understand when they speak, and by the way, they understand about hosting, meaning that if you ask technical questions they know what they are talking about. The working hours are 24/7 great if you live on other areas of the planet with different time zones. They answer the phone, and fast.
Unlimited Domains per Account. Many of my clients don’t understand much about hosting and don’t want to. They rather focus on their specialty, leaving the technicalities to me. I get paid for that. This means I host several of my clients on my $7 a month and get paid $10 for each one.
Linux Only. Yes, they make it public what everyone already knows: Microsoft is above their head with Windows server. By the way, BlueHost is not the only one running Linux alone. Several reputable web hosts such as Yahoo, refuse Windows accounts. The result is that the backup works and the hosting is stable.
