Simple Equation for Success. Even though giants such as Skype are out there for years, with million of users a new start up called Vocalocity providing business voip has a simple solution for the issue: if you are going to provide a service, charge for it. Efficiency conscious client knows, including me, that, more often than not, you get what you pay for.
Competitive Prices Vocalocity claims of 50% to 85% savings against a regular phone line, but their price is the average for the market. They also provide phone hardware, with competitive prices, and they have a impeccable wizard on their site for a custom plan.
Real People Technical Support. Their site states that they have real people technical support and this is true. I called Vocalocity customer care and I was on hold for 5 minutes, which I think is acceptable. The technical support spoke clear English, probably American and was very well prepared. She understood my question in a second and was able to provide me with a solution immediately.
Telephone Hardware. Vocalocity has a good selection of phones, with good hardware reviews, and is very easy to see that they understand something about the business.
Extra Services. Vocalocity provides additional services on top of business voip they also provide several convenient network services such as online storage, custom call tagging and outlook integration, that are very nice treats.
Credentials. Vocalocity has the credentials for a serious business voip company. The hardware they use is reputable, there is a technical support that is responsive and well prepared, and even if their prices are not so much less than the competition, it is still VOIP and far more affordable then regular phone. If you are there shopping for a business voip they deserve a try.
