Fully Functional. Adobe announced today they will providing free download for the Flash Builder to stimulate development for SalesForce.com cloud and desktop applications. The link is here: http://developer.force.com/flashbuilder. The platform is given away as a fully functional BETA and should be for sale next year. It is a heavy download expect around 3 hours on a DSL connection.
Registration is required. Once registered, the download link is presented and two email messages are sent, confirming registration. Once logged in to the developers area, tutorials, a discussion board and the core library (reference) are provided, yes for FREE.
